Webmaster (Volunteer)

Part Time, Volunteer

We are looking for a volunteer webmaster to keep the mBolden site running smoothly and freshly updated with content produced by our marketing team and local chapters. This is a new position, with the opportunity to make a big impact on the evolution of the mBolden brand. 

The position requires a weekly investment of approximately 4 hours of volunteer time. 

About mBolden

We are a non-profit organization with 10,000+ members globally.  Our mission is to inspire, empower, and connect female leaders in the digital and mobile space. We do this through leadership development, mentoring, inspirational series of panels and webinars, job boards, philanthropic support for relevant charities and networking events.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Maintain existing content on www.wearembolden.org and add new pages, content, and site functions, as needed. 

• Test website and new content across browsers, debug pages, and fix broken links or images

• Optimize site content for SEO

• Monitor and analyze site performance (e.g traffic, conversions)

• Address user complaints

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with the Wix platform a must

• Knowledge of web analytics and SEO 

• Previous experience as a webmaster or web developer

• Familiarity with web standards

• Working knowledge of website management tools

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to generate creative ideas

• Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills

mBolden, the global community for women in digital marketing, is seeking a podcast producer to join our leadership team. Every day, the content, awards, and events we produce help entrepreneurs and innovators succeed. All provide useful insights, spark essential conversations and provide much-needed inspiration… what you’ll be doing!

What you’ll do…

The producer will work closely with mBolden’s CMO, President, and Chief of Staff to craft the editorial arc of each episode and in the sound gathering, scriptwriting and tape editing needed to produce each piece.

Who you are…

Our ideal candidate has demonstrated expertise in planning and producing professional podcasts, a keen eye/ear for editorial content and great tape, is comfortable working with tape from the field, and shares our passion for championing female leadership.
